Dandi Chai begins as organic dandelion & chicory root tea, 7 freshly ground spices, lemon myrtle, turmeric & fresh ginger.  We brew our spices and teas separately to get the best flavours out of them and this produces a complex & layered spice presence whilst maintaining bright & pure tea tannins.  
We then add fresh juiced ginger, organic coconut sugar & a freckle of local sea salt then bottle it up.

Simply use a 30-50ml shot of Dandi Chai per serve and you have a perfectly balanced caffeine free chai every time.  Use Dandi Chai to make chai lattes, chai teas, ice chai, or add it to smoothies, cereals and your favourite baking recipes.
