Shanti Soul Foods was built on years of careful recipe development and small-batch brewing — rooted in a respect for real ingredients and proper chai.
Today, it’s led by Jim, owner and head brewer. With a background in artisan baking, Jim brings precision and flavour expertise to every batch. He oversees the entire process — from sourcing to brewing — ensuring each bottle reflects the slow, spice-rich method that defines our blends.
Under his direction, Shanti is growing across Australia while staying true to its purpose: no shortcuts, no additives — just bold, balanced brews made the right way.
